Despite deaths, railway tracks still accessible

This article is about the death of two poly students on the railway tracks. It was almost a year ago when that incident happened, when the two students were ran over by a train as they were sitting on the railway tracks at about 5am in the morning. The coroner returned the verdict of misadventure on their death.
However, after such incidents, the railway tracks are still as accessible. People can easily go to the tracks just by walking up a gentle 2-metre slope. There was still no fence or warning signs and people may think that it is safe to go on the tracks as they think that there will be enough time for them to get out of the train before the train comes. But many do not realise the danger they are in as accidents do happen.
